How are HEDIS audits scored?
HEDIS audits provide results on a measure-by-measure basis. Each measure that is audited will receive a rating from the following list:
- Reportable (rate or count
- NA (small denominator)
- NB (benefit not offered)
- NR (not reported)
- NQ (not required to report)
- BR (biased rate)
- UN (unaudited)
