Remote:
If you are looking to have your ROI handled by a third party, but do not have room in your current facility for another staff member, Datafied can access your EMR or EHR system remotely. From our California headquarters, we can handle all ROI requests and interactions with clients. This will speed up your turnaround time and involve little to no interference with your current procedures.
Mobile:
If you like the aspect of working in person with someone, but don’t have room for a fulltime member, Datafied can also work on a mobile basis. We can send out a Certified Field Agent (CFA) to handle all ROI requests whenever you need. We will use our own equipment and technology to enter the records into our Datafied system, ensuring that both you and the requesting party will be able to see the status of a request.
Shared:
If you are not comfortable handing over all of the responsibilities of Release of Information, you can just share some of them with Datafied. Under the Shared ROI model, your staff uploads the records and allows us to do the rest. We will handle any client billing transactions, sharing the revenue between your facility and ourselves. You can rest assured knowing that all records we provide go through a strict Quality Control review before they are sent to the clients.
Full Service:
