Mark Holman – CEO
When Mark Holman first started working with Datafied, he knew the company had the ideas, personnel and foundation to support strong growth rates. Mark worked for other copy services prior to Datafied, but none had a true commitment to their customers – large and small. Recognizing this error, he created Datafied, a company that would treat their customers better. To this day, Datafied strives to establish strong relationship with all of their clients, no matter the workload or revenue they will bring with them.
Linda Smith -COO
Lead by Chief Operating Officer Linda Smith, Datafied has been able to excel throughout the years. Linda brings a wealth of knowledge with her, and focuses on the ideas that when handling important life aspects, that you shouldn’t work with anyone but the best. Smith stresses that medical records are very sensitive data and cannot be trusted in the hands of an inexperienced company. Under Linda’s watchful eye, Datafied provides training to all employees to ensure they are qualified to handle sensitive customer information.
Chris Haugen – Manager
As a manager at Datafied, Chris is tasked with molding Datafied to fit the growing and evolving medical record industry. Organizations can be extremely well equipped, but if cannot get access to the data that they need – whether it be medical records or court documents – they will be ineffective. Obtaining accurate data in a timely fashion is crucial, which is why Chris stresses the importance of delivering what the customers ask for, when they ask for it. In Chris’s mind, if an order requires 5,000 medical records to be gathered, Datafied will not stop until they have collected all of the records. Above and beyond delivering the files, Chris ensures that the files are delivered in the manner that the client requests – whether that be digital, through email or a hard copy.
Linda Nefos – VP of Sales
Linda works under the belief that Datafied can be described by the following words – simplified, qualified, diversified, and satisfied. The company prides themselves on offering the best services possible to customers. By simplifying the process of ordering and managing medical records, Datafied strives to provide quality results that leave customers satisfied.
