You might be wondering who Datafied is. You’ve heard about us, but you’re not quite sure who we are and what we actually do. Working Since 1993.
Datafied started out over 31 years ago as a document retrieval company. Since 1993 we have worked to grow our business beyond retrieving medical records, and into a industry leading document retrieval and management company. Along the way, we saw inadequacies in the system and areas where businesses were struggling. That is why we continued to grow, expanding to offer more services that are beneficial. We currently employ over 200 employees, and helped over 20,000 clients find success with their businesses.
What Do We Do?
At Datafied, what started as a document retrieval company quickly grew to become so much more. We offer health insurance services, life insurance and legal services, and even physician and patient services.

Datafied Has Many Divisions.
Datafied currently has ten divisions, with two more coming soon. That means that there are specialized divisions to handle different aspects. An attorney who needs help chart indexing, will not be working with someone who specializes in HEDIS abstractions.
