What is RADV?
RADV is a Risk Adjustment Data Validation. This is process of verifying diagnoses codes that were submitted for payment in conjunction with medical record documents. These audits are meant to validate the accuracy of HCC codes that are submitted by Medicare Advantage plans for payment.
