What is an EHR?
An EHR is an electronic health record. It is a digital version of a patient’s paper medical chart. These are real-time records that allow authorized users to gain immediate access to them. The records contain a patient’s medical history, diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, immunizations, allergies, and other test results.
